1. Give every doctor nurses like 1:2 ratio. Ie every 2 doctors get 1 nurse. 2. House keeping staff in hospital sufficient . 3. Close by quarters or apartments with driver 4. Compulsary holiday, sleep 6to8 hrs daily. 5.concession in railways, airport, etc .

Be respectful to ophthalmologists buddy. What do you want to portray aboit the field from the choice of words you used in your youtube video thumbnail???
